10-23 (formerly known as Engine 33) is a 2019 Pierce Pumper mounted on an International Chassis. This apparatus was delivered to the Elsmere Fire District on March 11, 2019. The Booster Tank has a 500 gallon capacity and it has a Waterous 1500 GPM Single Stage Midship Mounted Class A Centrifugal Pump. The cab seats five firefighters.Engine 33 was placed in service on April 26, 2019.
